Pooltronics - Service Technician

We’re looking for a Robotic Pool Cleaner Service Technician to join our growing team!

Are you mechanically minded, detail-oriented, and enjoy working independently? In this role, you’ll be responsible for servicing, repairing, and maintaining robotic pool cleaners - ensuring our customers enjoy clean and hassle-free pools all year round.

Job Title: Service Technician

Location: Altona North, VIC

Job Type: Full-time (Mon - Fri)

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, service, and repair robotic pool cleaners in a workshop environment.
• Perform routine maintenance and testing to ensure optimal performance.
• Organize and manage daily service tasks to meet deadlines.
• Maintain accurate service records and logs.
• Communicate clearly with the team and customers regarding repairs, service updates, and recommendations.
• Keep the workspace clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all safety procedures and operational guidelines.

Key Requirements:

• Strong mechanical aptitude or experience in repairs.
• Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Previous experience in servicing robotic pool cleaners or similar equipment is a plus (training will be provided)
